Susruta & Venkat wedding at V Convention, Vishakhapatnam
A Celebration Full of Love, Laughter & Little Surprises in Vizag
We reached a day before the wedding to settle in, catch our breath and get ready for what would turn out to be a beautiful, emotional and joy filled celebration by the coast.
Day 1 Beach Vibes & Secret Rehearsals
The day kicked off bright and early with a pre wedding shoot at RK Beach. The sunrise was absolutely magical, Venkat and Susruta brought all the warmth and chemistry to every shot. We captured Sweet couple portraits by the sea, Playful running shots along the shore and stunning drone views with the ocean stretching out behind them. Fun twist at one point, Venkat’s shoes mysteriously went missing. After a bit of searching we found out that the beach cleaning staff had picked them up, thinking someone left them behind. Crisis averted, they were safely returned and the shoot carried on!
Evening Portraits & Performances
In the evening we split our team to capture both sides one team stayed with Susruta for her solo portraits as she got ready, the other followed Venkat who was busy rehearsing a secret dance performance he had planned as a surprise for her. Later that evening, we all headed to the venue ITC Hotel Vizag for more portraits near the swimming pool just before the events began. Then came the real fun grand entries by both bride and groom, games and friendly competitions between the families. A night full of sangeet performances and of course Venkat’s surprise dance for Susruta, ending with a sweet proposal with flowers that had everyone smiling.
Day 2 Traditions, Emotions & Togetherness
Another early start, and once again we split teams to cover both the bride and groom. At Susruta’s home, the day began with traditional folk songs as the decor and setup came together. She had her pooja, got ready and received blessings from family. But in the middle of all the excitement, a quiet moment stood out her mother stepped aside and broke down in tears, remembering her husband, who is no longer with them. It was emotional, powerful and reminded us how weddings can bring both joy and longing to the surface. Over at Venkat’s home, the mood stayed light and joyful, with all the traditional functions and rituals going smoothly filled with laughter, music and lots of love from his side of the family.
The Wedding Sacred Vows by the Sea
The venue was Vizag Conventions and Venkat arrived early, already dressed and full of smiles. He was welcomed with traditional pooja and rituals. Meanwhile, Susruta was finishing her final touches and we captured her last bridal shots before heading straight to the mandap. She entered under a blanket of flowers, looking radiant and joined Venkat as the ceremony began. The wedding included Traditional Telugu rituals, the fun and playful ring game, emotional exchanges and proud family faces and finally the moment they were officially married. From This Day on, from sunrises and dance floors to quiet tears and sacred vows, Venkat and Susruta’s wedding was more than just a celebration it was a full hearted story of love, family and new beginnings.
